Richard B. Megorden, II, CLU
In 1991, Dick co-founded CP&S /Russell Advisors, the first Frank Russell Company advisory office in Charlotte, NC. Dick is a veteran of the financial services industry, having started his career in March of 1968 with the Ding’s Agency of Connecticut Mutual Life. He became an agency supervisor in 1972 and six years later began his investment –counseling career with Connecticut Mutual Life.
Dick began to specialize in investment planning and served as a Series 7 registered representative of Integrated Resources Equity Corporation. In 1990, he began laying the foundation to operate as a registered investment advisor of CP&S/Russell Advisors. He joined IFG/Russell Advisors, Inc. in 1995 and has since been their leading producer. In 1997, Dick received Frank Russell’s “Builder Award” for his role in the establishment of IFG/Russell in Berwyn, PA.
In 1970, Dick graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a BA in History, after earning honors in his major both his junior and senior years. He received his Chartered Life Underwriter Degree from the American College of Life Underwriters of Bryn Mawr, PA in 1972.
Dick is responsible for designing the prototypes of many of the point of sale pieces currently employed by Russell Advisor Representatives worldwide. He has been a lecturer in professional circles and a provider of continuing education to Certified Public Accountants.
Dick and his wife, Kitty, reside in Charlotte, NC. They have a daughter and granddaughter who also live in the Charlotte area. Dick’s hobby is fishing with an emphasis on fly fishing. He enjoys tying flies and teaching others the art of fly tying and casting.
Stephanie is an associate at AFG and founder of Sofia Financial, a new business that empowers women to make wise financial decisions, address their areas of money stress, and free up their time and mental energy to spend on the things that are truly important. Stephanie and Sofia Financial are dedicated to sharing vital Money Survival Skills with as many people as possible.
Stephanie has worked as a financial advisor for the past 15 years, beginning her financial advisory career with American Financial Group, Ltd (AFG) in 1998. She believes that everyone, regardless of income level, deserves quality, objective advice and excellent service. Everyone deserves to work with caring professionals who really listen and who are motivated solely by their clients’ success.
Before moving into financial services, Stephanie had a wide variety of experiences, including helping U.S. telecommunications exporters, teaching people more than twice her age how to confidently handle a sailboat, and organizing stimulating field trips for high school students.
Stephanie is a member of the Financial Planning Association, the Society of Financial Services Professionals, and Directions Alliance, a community of financial planners devoted to changing the personal finance conversation for women. She regularly attends professional training events in the areas of retirement income planning, life planning, and investment management. She holds registrations for securities sales, as well as life and health insurance.
Stephanie is married and has two children. She earned an M.A. in International Economics from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a B.A. from Duke University.

Regina Ryan, ChFC
Regina began her financial services career with AFG in 1998. She is a registered principal and is the Branch Manager, managing 11 registered representatives and advisory reps. Regina is also the Chief Compliance Officer for the two Registered Investment Advisory firms, American Financial Management Group, Ltd. and IFG/Russell Advisors, Inc., where she manages 19 Investment Advisory Representatives.
Regina is married and has teenagers. She earned a B.S. in Finance from Drexel University and has a ChFC from the American College.

Mr. Bruce D. Hermann, II has provided 21 years of financial service to the residents of Delaware. Bruce is a native of Indiana, attended college in Ohio and founded Hermann Financial Services, Inc. in 1992. As an Eagle Scout, Bruce learned the importance of service, and this is the recognizable difference in dealing with his firm.
As President, Bruce leads the team at Hermann Financial, specializing in IRA Rollovers and Retirement Income Planning. Bruce is an avid follower of Mr. Ed Slott, CPA,- the expert on IRA planning who has helped hundreds of individuals retire with financial confidence. In addition, Hermann Financial is recognized as a leader in the Estate Planning field, working with an in-house attorney serving high net-worth families on Delmarva.
Outside of the office, Bruce and his wife, Karen, are active with their church and 2 sons, Trey and Christian. The family enjoys volunteering locally, traveling on missions trips, outdoor grilling and the game of golf (not necessarily in that order!)
Suzette joined AFG in 2006. She brings over 15 years’ experience to AFG having worked in operations, compliance. Suzette believes in explaining things in simple terms. She understands that not everyone is comfortable talking about their finances and helps people feel at ease.
She is a graduate of Penn State with a BA in Political Science. Her previous employers include The Vanguard Group and BNY/Pershing. Suzette is a Registered Principal with Triad Advisors. and holds Series 4, 7, 24 and 63 securities registrations. Suzette was born in the Philippines and moved to the United States when she was 8. She lives in Berks County with her husband and two children.

John W. Chidwick
John, who co-founded StoneStreet Wealth Management in 2015, started his career in 1999 as a wholesaler with the Hartford PLANCO Group. He became a leader in wholesaling, which led to his move to Lincoln Financial Group where he became Divisional Sales Manager. Shortly thereafter, he was promoted to National Sales Manager and Head of Fixed Sales. After years of managing multi-billion dollar businesses and constant traveling, John decided to stop working for Wall Street and start working for Main Street by joining with Ealon S. “Tripp” Thompson III to found StoneStreet Wealth Management in historic downtown Mooresville, North Carolina.
It is the mission of StoneStreet to help individuals and families to achieve their financial goals. To achieve this mission, John and Tipp consistently utilize their years of experience working together calling on the brokerage industry. This professional partnership is built upon their combined strengths and serves their clients well.
John received his Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management from Kutztown University in 1992. He also graduated from the Securities Industry Institute sponsored by SIFMA and the Wharton School in 2014. He is married and has two teenage children, whom he loves to coach on various sports fields and off. In between coaching his children, John continuously researches finance to best serve his clients.
Ealon S. “Tripp” Thompson III
In 2015, Tripp co-founded StoneStreet Wealth Management. Tripp began his career in 1996 as a Financial Advisor with AG Edwards. In 1999, he transitioned to the institutional side of the business and was consistently one of the top wholesalers with The Hartford, The Phoenix Companies, AIG’s SunAmerica, and The AXA company. Following these successes, Tripp was recruited into management by Lincoln Financial in 2007. His drive and knowledge of the business allowed him to rise to the position of Divisional Sales Manager for the Northeast and Southeast divisions.
Tripp joined with John W. Chidwick to found StoneStreet Wealth Management in historic downtown Mooresville, North Carolina. It is the mission of StoneStreet to help individuals and families achieve their financial goals. It is through their years of experience working together calling on the brokerage industry that John and Tripp are able to deliver on this mission.
Tripp graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1992 with a bachelor’s degree in Sports Administration. Tripp has been married to Vicki for over 27 years and they have two teenage children. In his spare time, Tripp enjoys watching his kids play sports and continually reading information on the financial markets around the world.
